DWV-PVC PRICE INCREASE: September 18, 2017

September 1, 2017

Dear Valued Customer -

Currently, the circumstances on PVC resin supply are in a strained capacity situation. Due to circumstances beyond our control, LASCO Fittings, Inc. has no choice but to implement a 10% List Price increase on PVC-DWV on September 18, 2017. However, we do not expect this to affect our ability to produce fittings. The effects of Hurricane Harvey have caused significant problems for many.

To arrive at the new list prices, please divide the current list prices by .90. all prices will increase by only 10%. All orders shipping after September 18, 2017 will be invoiced at the new price. Current invoice multipliers remain the same. The new list prices will be on our website on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. This increase includes LARGE DIAMETER PVC-DWV as well.

Orders will be limited to one-twelfth of our previous twelve-month historical purchase activity. These orders must be for immediate release and will be scheduled to ship from a LASCO CDC as soon as possible. No extended or dated order will be accepted. Truckload consists of the order being 60 pallets or $50,000 invoice value. Truckload shipment pricing will only be allowed for one shipment to one destination, within the contiguous United States. Any truckload orders that have more than one ship destination will be invoiced at the non-truckload pricing.

New customers or newly returned customers will not have orders shipped any sooner than 5-7 business days.

We appreciate your concern and understanding in this matter. Thank you for your business and continued support

Thank you -
